The pig is spitted, scored, seasoned and cooked to perfection in our top of the range roasting machine. The spitted pig is rotated continuously throughout the cooking time ensuring the meat is served succulent and tender. While cooking the hot spitting pig oozes an aroma which will stimulate your taste buds and create a healthy appetite and welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests.
Hog & Spit Catering offer a variety of salad and pasta menus (as detailed in our menu selection) to accompany a roast, however we are very flexible and will always cater to your specific requirements as necessary whatever your occasion maybe.
